Session package fees are due within 48 hours of booking confirmation and are non-refundable. Digital images are subject to 8.35% sales tax (Westminster + state + county). Session fees and add-on services are not subject to sales tax. Each session package includes at least one digital image, and all purchased images include a limited personal print license (see Section 3).

At least one invoice is issued per session:

  • Invoice #1 – Session Package: includes session fee + digital images + tax, due within 48 hours of booking confirmation

  • Invoice #2 – If additional services are requested, a second invoice will be issued after the session to include them and assess additional sales tax, if applicable. The second invoice is due in full before any retouching work begins or final gallery is released.

Payments are accepted via PayPal, Venmo, or Stripe Payment Processing Services (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Affirm, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna).
Cash payments may be arranged in advance. Personal checks are not accepted.

Painted Turtle Creative does not offer in-house payment plans or partial deposits. However, Stripe’s Klarna option may allow payment installments.

Final galleries will not be released until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
